Add filter data details in PDF - Dashboard export when filter condition is applied on a filter in a visualization

When filter condition is applied to a filter in the visualization, filter data goes missing in the PDF when dashboard is exported. End user is unable to view the filter data details when dashboard is exported in PDF format.

Column headers in crosstabs

Add column headers to crosstabs. By default there are no headers for dimensions. The lack of headers is especially difficult for users who export to Excel.
