Ability for the end users to delete comments they added using the Add Comment feature

Configure offset of date picker via UseExcelSerialDate

It is great that you implemented the date picker for workspace, but... When UseExcelSerialDate=F the offset for the date picker is Jan 1st 1900, whereas for date commands like DATE ist is Jan 1st 1960. This should be aligned to be consistent!
