Allow hierarchy levels to be picked from Planning Analytics (TM1) data source when adding to axes on Cognos dashboards

Currently, only the hierarchy from a TM1 data source can be added to an axis - by default, Level 1 is chosen in a multi-level dimension. A hierarchy level cannot be picked. This hampers the exposing of a desired level within a multi-level hierarchy.

Enhance no data handling for cross tab

Crosstab cannot be hide totally according to empty result set returned from the query. The suppression feature can archive it with side effect that rows and columns have to be suppressed individually which is not desired.
