Add official support for Microsoft Hyper-V

It seems as Microsoft Hyper-V is gaining traction as a virtualization engine. Currently Cognos Controller only supports VMWare; but at least BI is supporting Hyper-V, so adding support, at least on a 'compatible' level would be a good thing to have.

Unlock All Periods
