Configure offset of date picker via UseExcelSerialDate

It is great that you implemented the date picker for workspace, but... When UseExcelSerialDate=F the offset for the date picker is Jan 1st 1900, whereas for date commands like DATE ist is Jan 1st 1960. This should be aligned to be consistent!

Multi-View Synchronized Scrolling

In PAW book I would like to put two views from two different cubes that share the "Account" dimension for example. The one view has accounts to track expenses and the other view has drivers that determine the allocation methodology.
