HADR Standby logarchiving

Hi, HADR standby databases do not archive log files. the recommendation is a shared filesystem or similar. Shared filesystems adds complexity in failure situations. This request is to enable the functionalty of logarchiving on the standby database.

Make DB2_USE_ALTERNATE_PAGE_CLEANING=ON the default

DB2_USE_ALTERNATE_PAGE_CLEANING is of great benefit for performance and scalability since it was introduced in v8. It's now the default in pureScale and BLU environments, so why can't we make it the default all around?
