Access controls on users - need audit log for compliance

Visibility is required to track when an user has been deleted, for auditing purposes. E.g. removed as a subscriber to Planning Analytics? This will need to include the date, user and email address.

Introduction of a hard limit on the size of the Package Cache to avoid memory exhaustion .

Uploaded file with frameworkmanager package

C11.1.1 Ability to control default show/hide of Properties pane

Default option when creating a new report is Show properties pane. Users are getting confused as why it is blank. Ability to control default show/hide of Properties pane will help entire user population.
