Add CLP commands not supported by ADMIN_CMD to CLPPlus

Some CLP commands are neither supported by CLPPLUS or ADMIN_CMD. BIND, REBIND and the various REGISTER commands for XSR are particularly troublesome examples. This means that we have to revert to CLP processing rather than doing everything in CLPPLUS

Rewind the current database from logs

Opposite to roll forward, it will be great to have the possibility to perform a rewind of a database (in roll-forward state or normal one), to a previous state with the logs. It will be like uncommit, or a general rollback.
