Accept field arguments for oneof function

The function oneof() accepts lists of string values. However these values have to be fixed; it cannot be a list of fields that have string storage type. This is a serious limitation to the product & the use of oneof.

When deleting a deployment in Admin, delete the file in OS

When a deployment is deleted from within cognos, the deployment archive is not deleted from the operating system.Since Cognos can create the archive, it should optionally delete it as well.
