Reset Dashboard - remove colour consistency, orphaned drill throughs, navigation path etc

Connection Manager should have an option to initiate failover if a shared memory dump is started.

In high transaction environments shared memory dumps could have enough impact they cannot be enabled.The connection manger should be able to detect that an instance is dumped shared memory and be able to initiate failover.
