Add API to trigger schedules

For a long time Cognos has had the ability to trigger schedules using the trigger.bat utility. This however is very ouydated and impractical to run in orchestrators such as Apache Airflow. I wish for an API that can be called to trigger schedules.

Possibility for user to select storing dataset as parquet-file or as db2 dataset.

We are having issues with db2 datasets (Some datasets originally stored as parquet files can not be stored as db2 datasets) while evaluating this new feature. In meantime users can not create new datasets to production.

Accessible Prompts

We need all prompt types to be accessible and 508 compliant. We have reports that require a user be able to input a date range, but IBMs documentation indicates the calendar date prompts are not accessible.
