When docking the interactive toolbar, the toolbar should not be on separate row.

Missing functionality from C10 to C11: "Send report as email" or "Email Report"

In previous versions of Cognos Business Intelligence (10.2.x) we had the option to send a report by email directly from the Cognos Viewer - this option no longer exists in Cognos Analytics (11.0.6). See use case for details and screenshots.
