Add configuration options for Multitenancy to Cognos Analytics UI (eg: assign tenant ID to objects)

The Cognos Analytics UI does not currently have the functionality for administering multitenancy. Customers would like to see multitenancy functionality, such as assigning a tenant ID to an object, in the new Cognos Analytics UI.
