DISPLAY EARLY CODE command

Good to know what the level of of the DB2 early code. IBM currently make viewing the early code level far more difficult than it needs to be.

Currently when DRAIN fails during REORG, a DISPLAY CLAIMERS is issued. The draw back is there is no "age" information, so user does not know which thread is the blocker, because the claimer could also be waiter.
