Automatic deletion of empty SYSDISC datasets

BMC LOAD...DELETEFILES YES SYSDISC YES causes an empty SYSDISC file to be deleted. Also it appears this happens automatically when PARALLEL is used with the IBM utility but only with PARALLEL.
