Add support for message.channel event for Slack integration

A Slack Integration for Watson Assistant currently responds to "app_mention" and "message.im" Slack events, i.e. when the Watson Assistant -based Slack bot is either messaged directly, or mentioned using @botname in a Slack channel.

 

It does not, however, respond to "message.channel" events even if that is configured under Slack bot event subscriptions, i.e. a Watson Assistant -based bot cannot, currently, be in a Slack channel and be able to monitor and respond to ongoing conversation like a human would who is part of an ongoing conversation. This limits the capability and usefulness of Slack integration especially compared to other, competing products that can be used to create bots for Slack.
