Enhance Watson Assistant Entity Recognition

As a recommendation for a future upgrade, it would help if IBM could enhance the ability of Watson Assistant to recognize Entities using machine learning (sort of like Intents are recognized) such that an Entity of "arm pain" with synonyms like "sore arm" and "arm hurts" - could actually be recognized if the user input "pain in the arm", 'my arm is giving me great pain", "my arm is sore" -- or even "my arm is killing me". Given an example scenario having a large volume of source data which has both a body part and symptom description combined into a single string (where it would be a considerable amount of work to break it all down and reorganize it such that the Watson Assistant Entity recognition as is could work); the current workaround required involves invoking a 3rd Party service to leverage a Large Language Model and use machine learning in order to accomplish this. In the future it would be nice to not have to invoke the LLM service; and instead rely on Watson Assistant to be able to recognize entities as recommended.
