Ability to change data source on an upgraded data set

If you have an upgraded data set which has a data source with multiple data source connections (i.e. DEV and PROD) then when you replace the package you are not prompted to select a data source connection. If you create a new data source in 11.2.1 and replace the package you get prompted to select a connection.

Though a call with support we have determined that this is because the upgraded data set is missing the following from the specification:

<XMLAttribute output="no" name="RS_openInPageDesign" value="default"/>

When a data set is upgraded from an earlier version, the above XML Attribute should be added to the data set specification.
