Copy&Paste of reporting elements: Possibility to select whether references should be copied as well or not

When copying elements (lists, cross tabs, queries) all references will be copied as well and when a query exists already a new one is inserted with a number added (1, 2, 3).

This is not always suitable, and the user should have the possibility to choose between whether he wanted to copy all references as well or only the element (list, crosstab, query) he has selected.

There is another enhancement request for reusing existing elements (queries) instead of adding a new query with a number: CA-I-3350: Copy&Paste of layout elements: Check if referenced query exist and ask if they should be reused
