Mapping of the parameter user name - official documentation by IBM

Request relates to the case TS007570460 from IBM support. The subject matter is the inappropriate mapping of the parameter user name in CP4D, i.e. ambigous mapping of user name.

By default the mapping of the user name in CP4D is not equal to the mapping of the user name in Cognos 10 and Stand-alone Cognos 11 (the latter two used so far in our organisation). For the user name the LDAP username (Z-number from LDAP) should be used regardless of the Cognos version.

The case is closed and current solution provided by IBM is functioning. What is still pending is the agreed official documentation supporting this solution by IBM.
