See my uploaded files and my amount of uploaded data

When exporting from onprem and importing to the cloud I, as an administrator, own all objects. After a few days I wanted to reload a small excel file but could not load because I had exceeded the limit of 500MB per user.
I can not see which uploaded data give these problems and determine what to delete.
I have asked to set the limit to 1000MB but I can not see what the limit is because I don't have access to manage>configuration>system

500MB should be an acceptable limit, but as an admin that had to prepare the environment before 400+ users accessed it, I would expect that the limit does not affect administrators.
So our suggestion is to:
- give users insight of what files they have uploaded including the size of the files. Something like 'my schedules and subscriptions'.
- give administrators insight to what the general limits are
- no limit for administrators

In version 12.0.2 we can see our stored data via 'Profile and settings. So this idea seems to be implemented. Thanks.
