Enable 'take ownership' without having to give full permission

After importing content from onprem to cloud, all the ownership is set to the admin that did the import. Already had problems after that because of max upload restrictions of 500 Mb er user.
Users that have write permissions should be able to take ownership of a report, dashboard, dataset, etc. But the option does not show for them.
In order to give them the option 'Take ownership' we have set the permissions from write to full. But then we are completely out of control because they get to many priviliges.
So we ask for a change on this. Maybe something between 'write' and 'full' will do the trick.
