So how do I create a case for bug fix? There has to be someone on your team that understands this is a bug. To tell thousands of customers that your product is no longer supported is ridiculous.

We don't install chrome on the Cognos servers. We use Chrome Version 92.0.4515.107 (Official Build) (64-bit) from clients to connect to the application.
