KPI Visualization

When using Dashboards to display KPIs, the Number widget/visualization shows only the number (and name) from the data source.
This RFE suggests a (new) KPI Visualization that instead takes two numbers and can be adjusted / customized using properties, and visualized/displayed accordingly.
The numbers from the source should be

a) an actual (the number displayed in visualization), and
b) a target (the number controlling the formatting/display).

Properties in the visualization should be

c) Selection of visualization behaviour. Selecting Above, Below or On Target is positive, and
d) Selection of a colour palette. Either two or three colour, colour palettes should be selected (depending on the behavioural option selected in c).

Based on the properties (c and d), the actual number (a) should be conditionally coloured positive/negative (e.g. red/green) or, if on target behavioural option is selected, negative/positive/negative (red/green/red), when compared to the target (b).

The functionality of the visualization could be expanded to include a performance marker, showing a positive or a negative trend based on another number (from a previous period). But let's not get ahead of ourselves :-)

A KPI visualization would be very much appreciated
