Currently there is no support to perform differential refresh when source/target databases are DB2 for i (iSeries / IBM i)
This requires target tables to be cleared to perform a refresh in case there were any issues in replication.
We have production applications that read target tables 24x7 and a refresh requires application outages.
Since IDR CDC currently doesn't support this feature for DB2 for i, we cannot add critical tables to replication setup, instead we have custom SQL scripts to perform insert/update/delete after comparing source/target tables. It would be a major relief to do away with custom coding and add tables to a supported product.
