Close notification email for ap issues

Customers are using CP4DS/NPS.

However, this system has many false positive alerts.

The customer has to confirm the alert every time.

If the alert auto-close is emailed, the customer's work is reduced.

    Hello

    <Business impact>

    This time, it moved to CP4DS+IPS.

    (Reason for migration: Support for Netezza has expired, so it was necessary to migrate)

    After the system is activated, an alert will be displayed, and some alerts may be ignored, but the administrator visually confirms each time.

    This monitoring requires labor costs.

    (In the system (Netezza) before the migration, the alert was displayed, but the alert so far was not displayed.)

    <Influence of the project>

    From the content described in the business impact, the administrator needs to monitor the email and the management console all day long, and the cost of the administrator costs several million yen per year.

    Customers say it costs too much.

    Therefore, this cost will be reduced by improving the function this time.
