    Hello Sudha,

Here is the existing behaviour with Metadata Enrichment:

    Tested below scenario:

    • user1 - has access to Category A (with terms)

    • user2 - has no access to Category A (and subsequently not to the terms within that category)

    1. user1 created and ran a MDE (Category A assigne in Objective step): Business terms are assigned accordingly

    2. user2 has Editor access to the MDE and can view/see assigned terms, but he can not assign additional terms from Category A

It is per current design, so we change status of this idea as "not under consideration", but adding this idea to our backlog for future evaluation.

Hi Sudha, thank you for submitting the idea. Looking at the title and description, I'm assuming the desired behaviour is what you wrote in the description section, namely:

"The user should not be able to see the Business terms when the user does not have access to a primary category during the manual term assignment in a DQ project."
