Forward CP4D Job logs to OpenShift supported log collector and forward it to an external log store

Customer would like to collect all  Job/Run  logs generated by  Watson Notebook /Pipeline  services , and forward it  to  an external central log store facilities .  Currently they have configured OpenShift Cluster Logging operator (CLO) to collect all the pod logs from OpenShift Container Platform cluster, such as node system audit logs, application container logs, and infrastructure logs. However these logs exclude  CP4D Job logs .  We understand that in CP4D , the job logs are accessible only via REST API, and the support team confirmed that any  other way to  collect the logs are not officially  supported. (e.g  forwarding  log files from  the asset files volume). https://github.ibm.com/dap/dap-planning/issues/30628.  Hence, customer request to have a  supported way to allow all CP4D logs  to be collected by a log collectors (e.g fluentd, filebeat etc ) from the cluster, formats them, and forwards them to  an external  log store.[Elastic]

    Grish. Thanks for your feedback Well, the above information link covers forwarding forCP4D audit logs to various SIEM and to the CP4D cluster . However the request was forward the job logs from various CP4D services (WS studio,Pipeline ) to external log store facilities ( Elastic) .
