Metrics on CP4D service utilization by users/projects

Our team oversees over 300 developers working on more than 200+ projects in CP4D, utilizing a wide range of assets. Identifying the specific types of assets, services, and cartridges that our users are employing has been a significant challenge. We would greatly appreciate receiving metrics that detail which projects are using which services within CP4D.

These metrics would be valuable for several reasons:

  • They would enable us to tailor our communications to users based on the specific assets, services, and cartridges they use, particularly in the event of downtime, issues or vulnerabilities related to a specific service.
  • We could more effectively target communications for a cohesive user community, including NPS surveys, feedback requests, and announcements of new features in upcoming releases.
  • Understanding service utilization would allow us to optimize our offerings; if a particular service is widely used, we could allocate more resources to ensure its performance remains consistently high.
