We have a customer (The Spanish Ministry of Defence) that needs to store the views generated in the canvas for longer periods of time. 7 days is too short a time for such a large organization.
The organization's users find this a very interesting feature of CP4D, but it loses value due to this limitation on link duration.
As mentioned, there should be an option to generate a link with a longer expiration date, even if there is a maximum limit (for example, 1 year would be sufficient).
Furthermore, there should be some way to list the possible views that are created. The idea proposed by the client is for each link to be a view that can have a specific name that identifies it from a business perspective, and for this link to be listed in IKC in some way.

This is a valid requirement, but we are unable to prioritize it for the roadmap at this time.
In the short term, we are exploring the possibility of extending it to 30 days as a tactical enhancement. For the long term, we are evaluating how to support saving and managing views.
We will provide updates on timelines once it is prioritized.

For how do you need to store the shared views? Is it infinite, or extending to 30 days, would be enough.
