Enhance CPDCTL Folder Export to include Dependencies in different folders.

Currently we have about 20-30 ETL processes in a project and if any one of the processes changed we do not want to do an export/import of the entire project. Exporting pipelines with Dependencies is a manual and cumbersome processes. We need to use cpdctl for our Devops Migration to prod environment. We currently have opened a case with support TS021049807 - CPDCTL Folder Export ignoring dependencies in different folder. We found out that the cpdctl export-folder option only exports poipeline, flows etc that reside under the folder we specify and any parameter sets etc outside of the folder are not exported. We have been asked by support to open an enhancement request for a future implementation.
