Add "select all" option when selecting item list that spans more than one page

I'll use the "Job runs" view for this example, although it applies to any list that spans multiple pages. In the screenshot, I have a job called Test_CFF_Write_ARND_ds_flow" which has run a total of 3601 times. I'd like to select all of these runs and delete them. But clicking on the top-left selection box only selects those items in the current view and there is no way to select all 3601 items at once. The default view is 10 items and the maximum here is 50.

The subject of this request is to add the box framed in orange at the top right. This adds a clickbox to select all items. This text/box is common across other applications, it only appears when the "select all" at the top left is clicked.

See the attached image for the example.
