Display CP4D search results similarly to IBM IGC search results

Currently, we have an on-prem CP4D 3.0.1 installation on OpenShift 3.11.

Our Customer Business users are very confused as they were expecting CP4D search to work at least the same and at most even better as the search that was in the CP4D predecessor (if we can say so) - IBM IGC.

In IBM IGC search results were sorted in such a manner that when searching for something at first were showed results where a search query was in the beginning, then where it was somewhere in the name, and after that all others. That is logical and convenient.

In CP4D search results are shown as a mixture of everything without any logic or sorting. How can we configure search results representation so they would be more logical and more similar to IBM IGC results?

That's critically important for business users. Thanks in advance.
