Capture CP4D UI Configuration and Deployment Responses - Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

I am working with an IBM team implementing CP4D across a large industrial enterprise for both operational and business use cases. I have advocated using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like RH Ansible to provide consistency and stability across CP4D deployments - especially sub-Prod to Prod for the same data domain.

The customer is concerned about the complexity of IaC with all of the layers of CP4D software and services. They have stated a preference for the CP4D UI to configure deployments. That, of course, can lead to fat-finger mistakes.

So to compromise, can the customer use the GUI to generate installation and configuration instructions and then capture that code for reuse (like a Db2 installation GUI Response File)? TIA!
