SYSPROC.DB2LK_GENERATE_DDL to become a supported and documented feature and to match db2look

We are using db2 LUW V11.5M8FP0_SB35599 on Linux

It is a DPF database.

We are using the following 2 db2 tools to generate the DDL of the same database:

1) db2look

2) SYSPROC.DB2LK_GENERATE_DDL

- the command used for db2look is the following:

db2look -d dgirprdt -a -e -x -cor -td @

- the command used for DB2LK_GENERATE_DDL is:

db2 "CALL SYSPROC.DB2LK_GENERATE_DDL('-a -e -x -cor -td @',?)"

By comparing the outputs of the above 2 tools we noticed that DB2LK_GENERATE_DDL does NOT generate the DDL statements for masks.

e.g. the below is 1 example of the missing statement from DB2LK_GENERATE_DDL output while it is present in the output of the db2look. (all of create or replace mask are missing from the output)

CREATE OR REPLACE MASK "PGIR "."M01_TD_POOC_NOM_EMPE" ON "PGIR "."TD_POOC"

We are asking to have the call to SP DB2LK_GENERATE_DDL

1) to become supported and documented feature and

2) to have the same output as db2look (DB2LK_GENERATE_DDL is lagging behind in features)
