Misleading Statement in Db2 documentation on CSBs of given Fixpack

The automated implementation of updates to the most recent CSB would be significantly easier, if one could rely on CSB number only. So, it would be helpful for customer's processing of CSBs and its implementation.

In Description for CSBs, e.g., here
https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/7087189?mhsrc=ibmsearch_a&mhq=cumulative%20special%20build%20downloads

is stated:
"CSBs cannot be time ordered solely based on number."
which is not correct. Within the general series of CSBs the sequence number is in fact strictly ascending. This implies, that this is the case for the subset for a special fixpack as well.
So, in fact, it
can be time ordered solely based on number.

This might, as it is here with the customer's procedures, be helpful, in order to simplify the implementation of updates to the most recent CSB - but not against provider's statement. So, this is not just cosmetical.

As this is just a correction of documentation, which can be done in a minute, it should be done easily and soon. According to this estimate, I request the change for the time range of "month".
