Possibility to check object state on HADR standby without ROS

Unfortunatelly some people on our HADR systems do deployments for which we are forced to set BLOCKNONLOGGED off (it's normally on on all systems). This may cause (depending on what they do) that objects on HADR standby become "destroyed" because they also use "not logged initially". We can't enforce not doing that for several organisational reasons.

Cleaning that problem is always a rebuild of the Standby HADR but we would like to have the possibility to see on the Standby Side if there are any objects broken to avoid unneeded rebuilds.

The error we receive after the takeover is a SQL1477N when trying to access the broken object.

The flag exists on the standby is just not accessible with disabled ROS.

But if the primary is really broken we have no possibility of getting those objects back.

Documentation only states taking a db2dart on Standby and send it to support or use read on standby. We don't want to license the standby machines therefore we need a possibility to check if there are objects on standby that are broken (drop pending?).

If this specific approach isn't possible at least a HADR flag would be great.
