DB2 12.1 support for rhel8

As the vendor for both database and RHEL OS, I would really expect the customary support for RHEL8 and RHEL9 for db2 LUW 12.1. This is a huge inconvenience for those of us not on 11.5.9. If we need to upgrade we need to go across all of our servers and patch to minor version then upgrade later or somehow coordinate major version OS upgrade and DB2 upgrade in one window. And then potentially rollback both in the same window. This is unacceptable from the level of DB2 LUW support I've come to expect. Also with RHEL8 having 5 years of maint support remaining most people are not looking to upgrade as they are just getting RHEL 8 in many cases. Please do not make the same mistake as the 9.5 to 11.5 era of pushing version for really artificial reasons like licensing.
