Ability to stop AOT and other db2 tables on IDAA

When we STOP or start for UT ,spaces of tables that are loaded to IDAA or spaces that relate to AOT's, these spaces are still available for the IDAA.

We can SELECT data from the IDAA for these tables and for AOT's' we can also update them.

We need the abilty to stop these tables.

We expect to get -904 unavailable resource.

    Dear Avichail, Thank you for submitting this enhancement request.

    We have reviewed it and determined it is unlikely that we will go with the ability to stop tablespaces for AOTs and accelerated tables. Instead, you could open an Aha! request for the following, and we will do our best to get it prioritized to implement.

    1. Our proposal in the original case (TS012956440) is to enhance stored procedure to be able to stop acceleration for AOTs

    2. Customer's original requirement is to temporarily block access to AOT. Our team's proposal to solve this is to via ENABLE/DISABLE AOT.

    3. Currently SYSPROC.ACCEL_SET_TABLES_ACCELERATION doesn't support AOT
