Modify permissions on DB2/LUW installation directories

During installation and instance creation of DB2/LUW ESE (and AESE), the following directories are create as world writable (OTHER permissions of 777) without the sticky bit set:
sqllib/db2dump/DIAG0000
sqllib/db2dump/events
sqllib/tmp
sqllib/uif
sqllib/tmp/SQLDIR.LK0

These settings allow anyone with access to the database server to delete/rename files in these directories. This is considered a security exposure by our Risk team and is identified as such by configuration scanning security software that runs in our environment.

This RFE is being created to request that the DB2 installation/instance creation procedures are updated the turn on the sticky bit for these directories which would eliminate the security exposure as turning on the sticky bit would limit the ability to delete/rename files in these directories to the owner of the file.

Please implement this change on all xNIX platforms and include it for any new directories that are added to DB2/LUW installation/instance creation going forward that are configured as world writable.
