Convert DSNACCEL Database to UTS w/o TOTAL Outage for HA Customers with Replication

PTF for APAR PI91467/UI54612 is something we picked up with RSU1806 this fall, I was planning to perform this work in 2019. We are not experiencing any time out issues. But, have plans to migrate to DB2 V12 in 2019. I am aware that this database/tablespace show up on the report for what needs converted to UTS for DB2 V12. See PMR 75334.082.000 for details.

We are highly available and using replication. But, for us to make this change, we have to take a total outage. Isn't there a better way to do this for those customers that are using replication and highly available? The hold action does not make that clear and my IDAA customers do not tolerate down times of more than 15 minutes. 

Can't this be done in a more customer friendly way?

    This issue specifically relates to the recommendations associated with PI91467. The customer will open a case to review the issue further. This requirement will be closed. If the review of the issue results in a specific enhancement request then a new request should be submitted.
