zOS DB2 support for EDITPROC and FIELDPROC for I306 log records.

DB2 for zOS does not support EDITPROC and FIELDPROC automatically like it supports compression and other conversions for I306 records.
We have customers who ask for this and we can't support this feature but apparently others can through USERMODs and other means. Our competitions appears to be able to use EDITPROCS and we believe this feature should be available to all, including your customers who write their own access for maintenance and analysis lof the log. Customers have also been adverse to using USERMODS or other methods to make this work.

Ideally it would be great to have this automatically work like enabling compression support. It would be great to just turn it on by setting bits in, for example the WQALLOPT I306 option. WQALLOPT currently supports X'00' compressed, X'01' decompress, X'02' version conversion and the combination of X'03', decompress and version conversion. X'04' EDITPROC and FIELDPROC support, and combinations like X'05' and X'07' would make all of the above available and it makes sense to use this field for this feature if possible rather than having to install a USERMOD or some other seemingly undesirable way to give this support to our customers.
