Update statistics profile from SYSIBM.SYSFEEDBACK by demand.

We are running under DB2 v12 level 501 Data Sharing 17-way and he is using statistics feedback with profile, but since it is an autonomic process for all objects there are some package access path becoming worst after run utilities with RUNSTATS USE PROFILE.  As we want to continue to use the utilities with RUNSTATS USE PROFILE  we would like continue to update the SYSIBM.SYSSTATFEEDBACK but not updating the Statistics Profile automatically, but by user demand.

    Thank you for submitting this enhancement to the Db2 for z/OS team. We have reviewed it and determined that there is not sufficient customer interest in this to prioritize it in an upcoming release. Therefore, unfortunately, we are decline this Idea.

    Please do continue to submit your enhancement ideas to us for review as your feedback is very important to us.
