Issue command DISPLAY DB CLAIMERS on a LOAD SHRLEVEL NONE when DRAIN fails in UTILINIT phas

We faced situations in which LOAD SHRLEVEL NONE jobs abends with S04E and Reason Code 00C200EC during UTILINIT phase.

When this abends occurs, LOAD was unable to DRAIN all the claimers, once it is SHRLEVEL NONE, before beggining LOAD data into table.

In these cases no command -DIS DB CLAIMERS is automatically issued in order to show what are the claimers that are blocking the LOAD drain. In these cases we depend on a operator issue this command, but sometimes when command is issued claimers are not in place anymore and we don't know what was blocking LOAD DRAIN. No DB2 message is issued to MSTR or SYSLOG either.

So we think it would be very useful if this -DIS DB CLAIMERS command was automatically issued in this scenario with LOAD SHRLEVEL NONE as it already happens for LOAD SHRLEVEL REFERENVE and REORG SHRLEVEL CHANGE/REFERENCE in SWITCH phase whem DRAIN fails.

    Dear Paulo, Thank you for submitting this Aha! Idea. Our Db2 for z/OS development team indicated this request is consistent with our general desire to enhance utilities to provide additional information on drain failures whenever such failures occur. Unfortunately we do not believe that we will be able to prioritise this work in the near term and therefore we are marking this idea as not under consideration. However it will be reviewed and reassessed in future.

    Please do continue to submit enhancement requests for our consideration for implementation in the Db2 for z/OS product.
