Dear Roberto, Thank you for submitting this enhancement request. Our Db2 for z/OS team reviewed it and provided the following feedback:
The SHRLEVEL attribute is extremely important to utilities and we are currently considering adding it to the new SYSUTILITIES table in V13. However, it's debatable whether that can be achieved within the next 12 months and for that reason alone we are marking this as not under consideration.
We appreciate your input to the Db2 for z/OS development team. And we hope that you will continue to submit enhancement suggestions for improvements as customer feedback is a key component to shaping the future direction of Db2 for z/OS.

I am also interested in this. When a Db2 subsystem crashes or comes down, we would like an autonomic process to automatically detect and identify utlities where there is no harm in immediately terminating them such as a online utility. If we understand that a REORG is executing with shrlevel(chg) and it is not in the reload phase, there is no harm in automatically terminating it and freeing up any held objects.
