Provide more granular subsetting option for MONITOR product-type CONNECTIONS FOR SECURITY profiles

The new option to tighten security requirements for connections to Db2 with :

MONITOR product-type CONNECTIONS FOR SECURITY

Is a great option to enforce certain authentication options.


But currently there is not option to subset these profiles to only apply to e.g certain subnets.


The ask here is to to provide a more granular filtering option. This will allow us to phase in these requirements to new/existing subnets. This could be related to for instance to enforce stricter requirements for new cloud based clients.
