Decrease IFCID 402 volume.

We have a mutual customer that is experiencing a high number of IFCID 402 records. They opened a query with IBM and was told, “any connection that falls under that filtering scope will have a statistics information block which will get written out at every stat interval. It does not matter if any warnings or exceptions have occurred.” We would like to request that it only gets written when a profile warning or exception condition occurs.
