Thank you for submitting this enhancement request. Our Db2 for z/OS team reviewed it and determined Db2 for z/OS Hiper APAR PH52180 fixed the reported abend04E reason 00E3007B in DSNTGSCC.DSNTABA +00D9E due to a cancel window. In general, cancel a query that references the Blocking_Threads UDF should not cause Db2 abend. The Db2 for z/OS team believes they have handled the specific cancel window in the middle of an IRLM notify message while invoking the UDF.
Therefore, we have closed this Aha! idea as 'Functionality already exists'.
