SQL Data Insights - Usage of secondary Authid = RACF Group while enabling AI for Table

When enabling AI for a table in the SQL Data Insights user interface, there is no option, to set a different/ secondary Authid = RACF Group. Instead the application uses the UserID from the login in the user interface. As a result, the CREATE TABLE in Database DSNAIDB2 during the enabling process runs with the primary Authid. As documented, the primary Authid has to be granted itself in Db2, to execute the CREATE TABLE statement successfully.

The Idea is, to provide an option, to specify a secondary Authid = RACF Group in order to execute the background CREATE TABLE during the enabling process. In this case, the application would execute a SET CURRENT SQLID before the CREATE TABLE statement. If the new option is not specified, the application should be able, to still use the primary Authid from the login.

Advantage of this new option is, that fluctuation in the User-GROUP of SQLDI AI administrators will not lead to additional GRANTS/ REVOKES. The status of the connection to the RACF GROUP would be sufficient.

Example: An employee leaves the company would only require a disconnect from the RACF GROUP instead of a REVOKE in Db2.
