Improve auditing possibilities

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

As Db2 for z/OS users, we want to use the AUDIT POLICY functionality to support internal and external auditors and provide the proof of proper allowed access to Db2 z/OS objects, especially in the form of SQL queries using input host variables (“forensic auditing”).

The current functionality would not allow us to do this without a major overhead, especially when it comes to input host variable. As the AUDIT POLICY and related trace allows us to specify database objects to be audited, we would like to see the same capability being extended to also collect instrumentation data for the host variables used in that context. This could be, for example, implemented as an extension to the existing AUDIT instrumentation records. With these extensions, monitors like OMEGAMON Db2 would be able to include the host variable usage in their AUDIT reporting.
